At Elixirr, we like to do things differently. To be challengers of convention. And this mindset shapes everything; from our approach to solve clients’ toughest challenges to the way we recruit top talent.
We want to give everyone an equal opportunity to have “face time” with our team, discover more about our firm and decide whether they’re up for the challenge. A consultancy is only as good as its people, so cultural fit is essential for both the employee and employer. It’s what helps us deliver exceptional change for global, market-leading clients.
So, we started to think about recruiting in an Elixirr way. We asked ourselves, when it comes to the application process, how many consultancies give you the chance to meet members of the team, across all grades, and ask them about life at the firm?
And so, OpenDoor was born.
So, what is OpenDoor and why join?
OpenDoor is a free, virtual Q&A session hosted once a month. It’s a completely informal 30-minute session run by our consultants and our talent team. Not a test, nor an interview –just an opportunity to ask questions about the business and/or role, and a chance to get to know us better.

OpenDoor is for anyone and everyone interested in joining our team – be that an intern or a partner. UK-based, US-based and everywhere in between. From the consulting side through to finance and creative teams.
