Early Careers
We are committed to nurturing young talent as we build our business. We invest in you from the outset, and work with you every step of the way to empower you to achieve your ambitions.
Submit your CV, cover letter and answer the application questions.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 15-minute interview with a member of our talent team. This will be a mix of skills, behavioural and competency-based questions.
If successful in your first stage interview, you will then be invited to one of our assessment centres. The assessment centre consists of group activities and case studies, as well as an individual presentation task.
Upon successfully completing the assessment centre, you will be invited to a final stage interview round, consisting of two interviews. You’ll meet separately with one of our Consulting Principals, as well as our Talent Acquisition Principal.
If you are successful in the final interview round, we will make you an offer!

Assessment centres are an opportunity for you to demonstrate your skills, abilities and really show us why you should work at Elixirr. At an assessment centre you can expect to engage in case studies and individual tasks, and will be given an opportunity to meet and network with a range of Elixirr employees. The majority of our analysts go through assessment centres. Here’s what they recommend:
“I would recommend doing some case studies in advance so you have an idea of what you’ll be doing on the day.”
“Network throughout the day with all of the Elixirr employees that you get to meet. You have a lunchtime break where you can meet even more people so make the most of that.”
“In my experience, what sets Elixirr apart is the people. Everyone genuinely wants to be there delivering the best work, and as a result, there is a real sense of belonging which I haven’t experienced before.” Luke Wadwell – Analyst
“What I have admired most about my time at Elixirr so far is the environment that fosters continuous learning and development. There is so much to learn within your team thanks to the bright-minded individuals who are always eager to help and support your growth.” Angelica Equihua – Analyst
“I was attracted to the entrepreneurial culture when applying to Elixirr. The opportunities Elixirr can offer to those new to consulting have been proven true during my first year as an analyst. I got to work on 3 projects in 2 countries. Being able to ideate and collaborate with colleagues and partners has been a steep and enjoyable learning experience. My peers and mentors demonstrate the importance of proactivity and creativity daily.” Jenny Zheng – Analyst
“Elixirr sets itself apart from other firms, seeking to understand that each candidate is more than just a list of achievements on paper.” Kristin Ellingsen – Analyst
