Does Elixirr provide visa sponsorship?

Elixirr have a licence to provide sponsorships but this is prioritised at a senior level, so it’s unlikely that we’ll be able to provide sponsorship at Analyst and Consultant grade.

Can I apply for a role if I’m not based in the UK?

Yes, so long as sponsorship isn’t required. We are located in the UK, US and South Africa – so you are free to apply to roles in any of those geographies if you have the documentation necessary to be based there.

Is there a specific application period for graduate roles?

No, we do our assessment centres in and around September with the anticipation to hire the following year. But as mentioned above, we simply want the best talent. So will consider applications all year round.

I still haven’t heard back after applying, what do I do?

We personally review every application that comes through. Because of this, it can take time to get to your application, especially for our analyst role. So if you haven’t heard back from us, there is no need to get back in touch – we will contact you if we are progressing you to the next stage. Whilst we appreciate that this can be frustrating, rest assured that we will see each and every CV.

What does the application process entail?

There are a minimum of four stages. The first will be a conversation with someone from our Talent team. Next, you’ll be asked to prepare a case study and present it to one of our Managers. You’ll then move on to a Principal interview, and finally a Partner interview.

Does Elixirr offer internships?

Absolutely! We offer paid internships at Elixirr, with most interns having the opportunity to transfer into a permanent Analyst role at the end, based on their performance and job subscription.

Does Elixirr offer work experience opportunities?

We rarely offer work experience due to our internship scheme. If you’re interested in applying to do an internship, please apply for one of our Analyst roles.

When do applications for internships/ permanent roles open?

We are always on the lookout for top talent. Our Analyst, Consultant and Manager roles tend to remain open at all times, so please submit an application if you’re interested, regardless of whether you’ve seen a job posting.

Why do you have non-Elixirr roles featured on your website?

We feature roles from across our brands on our website, so you’ll see vacancies from Elixirr Digital, Retearn, Responsum and Insigniam. These are brands that we have acquired, who we collaborate on projects with. So regardless of your role and which brand you work in, you’ll have a chance to work on projects with clients across the Group.

Does Elixirr recommend any courses for graduates to undertake before joining? E.g. Excel, PowerPoint etc

Any further courses are advantageous but not essential. The most important thing is demonstrating what sets you apart and what makes you entrepreneurial.
