Stephen Newton
Stephen founded Elixirr in 2009 with one very clear vision – to build the best consulting firm in the world. After extensive years working in industry, he became fixed on making real change happen in businesses – having experienced first-hand the stagnated approach many large corporate firms took to innovation.
Graham Busby
Graham Busby is Co-Founder and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Elixirr. Since founding the firm in 2009, he has played a pivotal role in scaling the business and shaping its growth strategy. Graham leads Elixirr’s inorganic growth agenda and has overseen eight acquisitions to date, materially expanding the firm’s capabilities, industry reach and global presence. Appointed Deputy CEO in early 2025, Graham previously served as CFO. Before Elixirr, he held senior roles at Accenture across strategy and outsourcing sales, advising large global clients.
Nick Willott
Nick joined Elixirr in 2020, the year of the company’s AIM IPO, and served as the Group’s Finance Director and Company Secretary until 2024, before being appointed CFO in January 2025. Prior to joining Elixirr, Nick was the Finance Director and an executive board director of the financial services division at a FTSE 250 company.
Brandon Bichler
Brandon is a recognised thought leader in innovation, transformational change, strategy and operations, with over 20 years experience building and growing businesses in the tech, consumer, travel, manufacturing, financial services, automotive and resources sectors.
Eric Rich
Eric leads the growth of our US business. He has more than 25 years of consulting experience and is a recognised leader in advising clients around innovation operating models and design thinking, technology-enabled business transformation, and cost reduction / process improvement initiatives. Eric has spent his career driving complex transformation programs for some of the world’s largest global companies across most major industry segments and geographies.
Rezwan Shafique
Rezwan is a Partner at Elixirr with over 20 years of experience across banking and consulting. He works with financial services leaders to translate strategy into executable transformation, combining deep industry expertise with hands on delivery across complex change agendas.
Rezwan brings senior leadership experience from both advisory and industry roles. Prior to joining Elixirr, he was Partner and Head of Hong Kong at Capco and Head of Consulting UK at Delta Capita. Earlier in his career, he held executive positions at Credit Suisse, including COO for Emerging Markets Trading. Across these roles, he has led large scale transformation programmes spanning the UK, US and Europe, Asia and the GCC, navigating diverse regulatory environments, operating models and organisational cultures.
His expertise spans business and operating model design, neo and digital banking, wealth management, technology transformation, cost optimisation and post merger integration. Rezwan is particularly skilled at bringing innovative business models to market and delivering complex transformations where operating model choices, technology change and organisational design must align to create measurable outcomes. He has worked across financial services, healthcare and technology, advising executive teams at moments of critical change.
At Elixirr, Rezwan combines global perspective with pragmatic execution, helping clients turn ambition into action and strategy into sustainable results.
Conrad Troy
Conrad Troy is a seasoned consulting leader with over 30 years of experience delivering strategic, transformative value to global clients across industries. He is a digital-transformation advisor and ERP leader, known for defining business priorities and establishing the robust operational infrastructures that drive growth, and efficiency.
Ian Stuart
Ian brings more than 29 years of experience in consulting and has worked across a range of industries, including CPG, life sciences and manufacturing, defining and delivering sustainable business outcomes for Fortune 500 clients. His expertise includes business and IT strategy, large-scale business transformation and disruptive digital technologies, with a key focus on the pharmaceuticals sector.
Gavin Patterson
Gavin joined Elixirr as Chairman in 2019, formerly serving as Chief Executive Officer of BT Group from 2013. During his tenure at BT, he completed the UK rollout of the superfast fibre and started the deployment of ultrafast fibre.
Charlotte Stranner
Charlotte was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director in July 2020, having been a consultant to the Company since April 2020. Charlotte is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Dianomi Plc.
Simon Retter
Simon joined Elixirr in December 2019 as a Corporate Finance Consultant and was appointed to the Board in July 2020.
He’s held many Non-Executive and Commercial CFO roles over the past few years. Entrepreneurial and commercial, Simon’s experience is in setting up and managing both listed and private companies.
Bill Michael
Bill has extensive experience in professional services leadership and board-level governance. He spent nearly 30 years at KPMG, most recently as Chairman and Senior Partner of KPMG UK from 2017 to 2021. Since leaving KPMG, Bill has held a number of strategic advisory roles and has acted as an independent advisor to Elixirr since December 2021. He was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Elixirr International plc in January 2026.
