Adam Hofmann

Adam Hofmann is a Partner at Elixirr with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of business and artificial intelligence. He specialises in helping global organisations unlock value through practical, high impact AI solutions, with a particular focus on generative AI and large language models.

Adam co-leads Elixirr’s AI capability following the acquisition of Responsum in 2023, the generative AI acceleration platform he co-founded. He joined Elixirr as a Principal in Generative AI Strategy and Implementation, partnering with senior executives to define and deliver AI transformation strategies. Prior to this, he served as Co-founder and Chief AI Platform and Customer Officer at Responsum, where he led the development of scalable AI solutions across sectors including financial services, insurance, energy and government. Earlier in his career, Adam held leadership roles in growth, product and innovation at Singularity University, and began his career in consulting at Deloitte.

Adam brings deep expertise in AI strategy, enterprise operating models and large scale transformation. He is known for combining strong technical knowledge with a pragmatic, outcome-driven approach, helping organisations identify high value use cases, accelerate adoption and deliver measurable return on investment from AI initiatives.
