Tej Patel joins the Elixirr Partner team

Elixirr is thrilled to announce the latest addition to our Partner team, Tej Patel. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Tej brings a wealth of expertise to the firm.

Throughout his career, Tej has specialised in banking, with a particular focus on investment banking. He has helped clients tackle a wide range of challenges including business process outsourcing, large-scale system integrations, business mergers and the design of target operating models.

Tej transitioned into consulting in 2003, working with some of the world’s most prominent organisations. He began his career on Accenture’s graduate scheme before moving in-house to Barclays Capital around the time of the 2008 financial crisis, seeking to deepen his industry expertise.

Following this, he joined KPMG, where he played a key role in building the UK Consulting Capital Markets practice. Tej joined Elixirr from Capco, where he focused on expanding the firm’s client base while also developing its regulatory practice.

Based in London, his addition to the team underscores Elixirr’s commitment to helping clients tackle their toughest boardroom challenges and further strengthens our offering across financial services.
