Graham Busby

Graham is the Co-Founder and Deputy CEO of Elixirr. He has played a key role across many parts of the business since its inception. In recent years, Graham has looked after the firm’s inorganic growth strategy.

Under Graham’s leadership, the firm has successfully completed eight acquisitions to-date, expanding its capabilities, industry expertise and global footprint.

He was appointed Deputy CEO early 2025, previously serving as CFO. Before co-founding Elixirr, Graham worked at Accenture within both the strategy team and the outsourcing sales division where he focused on serving large global clients.
