Conrad Troy is a seasoned consulting leader with over 30 years of experience delivering strategic, transformative value to global clients across industries. He is a seasoned digital-transformation advisor and ERP leader, known for defining business priorities and establishing the robust operational infrastructures that drive growth, and efficiency. He began his career at Deloitte, where he led client engagements across multiple industries.

In 2006, Conrad was selected to lead the European ERP Business Transformation practice at Infosys Consulting, where he grew significant growth and managed multiple SAP client programs delivering on business case value.

In 2009, he became the Lead Partner for KPMG’s SAP Transformation Consulting Practice, leading a global team and building the Enterprise Applications business from the ground up.

Returning to Deloitte in 2013, Conrad focused on advising and delivering global SAP-enabled business-transformation programs. During this time, he served as Senior Partner within the Digital Transformation SAP practice, led the UK Life Sciences Enterprise ERP Industry practice, and sat on the global SAP Leadership Team.

His skill set centres on setting ERP direction and strategy, advising on leveraging AI into the delivery approach and business model, developing business cases for transformation initiatives that unlock new revenue streams, and boost operational performance and enhance client outcomes.
