Assessment centre
Assessment centres are an opportunity for you to demonstrate your skills, abilities and really show us why you should work at Elixirr. At an assessment centre you can expect to engage in case studies and individual tasks, and will be given an opportunity to meet and network with a range of Elixirr employees. The majority of our analysts go through assessment centres. Here’s what they recommend:
“I would recommend doing some case studies in advance so you have an idea of what you’ll be doing on the day.”
“Network throughout the day with all of the Elixirr employees that you get to meet. You have a lunchtime break where you can meet even more people so make the most of that.”
