Tej Patel

Tej is an experienced financial services leader and consultant with over 20 years of experience in banking and capital markets. His career spans frontline roles to leadership positions, driving strategic growth and transformation across the industry.

Tej began his consulting career on a graduate scheme at Accenture in 2003. Following the 2008 financial crisis, he joined Barclays Capital to deepen his expertise in the sector. In 2016, he moved to KPMG, where he played a key role in building the UK Consulting Capital Markets practice.

Most recently, Tej was a Partner at Capco, where he focused on expanding the firm’s client base and developing its regulatory practice. He then joined Elixirr, bringing his extensive experience in investment banking and financial services transformation.

Throughout his career, Tej has tackled a wide range of challenges, including business process outsourcing, large-scale system integrations, business mergers and target operating model design. His expertise spans strategy, technology and operations, positioning him as a trusted advisor in the financial services space.
