Callum James
Callum is a London-based consultant with experience driving digital transformation initiatives for Financial Services clients. Having recently migrated to the UK, he has previously delivered IT Operating Models, Digital Strategies, and Ways of Working Reviews to some of Australia’s largest banks, superannuation companies and insurers.
Most recently, Callum was involved in a Core Banking Modernisation initiative at a retail bank and business bank. In this role, he was responsible for sourcing a strategic solution to replace the bank’s existing core banking capability to address problems presented by the complex legacy ecosystem. This work included extensive market research, requirement gathering, proof of concept experiments, and architectural analysis.
