Matilda is a strategy consultant with 7+ years of experience driving change and innovation for clients by leveraging digital enhancements and redefining operating models. Most of her experience has been in financial services where she has helped clients innovate, increase revenue and reduce cost. Her recent experience includes redefining the operating model of two global support functions within an insurance company, defining the proposition of a digital content management platform for a global bank, and leading a team of consultants and developers to build a new digital banking platform. Prior to joining Elixirr, Matilda held manager positions in consultancies such as Capco and Capita.
