Claire Newman

Claire is a strategy consultant with a strong background in financial services, primarily focused on transformation initiatives across digital, customer experience, and marketing. Claire joined Elixirr from Citizens, where she led strategy for the Enterprise Experience organisation. Her work has been particularly centred around enabling a customer centric culture, enhancing customer/client experience, and building brand equity to drive increased engagement. Claire has proven experience developing new business strategies, embedding innovation within an organisation, and is passionate about helping organisations think differently to unlock unforeseen value.
