Thomas Børve-Jørgensen

Thomas Børve-Jørgensen is a Partner at Elixirr and founder of Kvadrant Consulting, a Copenhagen-based consultancy specialising in commercial transformation, go-to-market strategy, and large-scale change initiatives.

Thomas has more than 20 years of experience working with senior leaders and leadership teams to drive sustainable performance improvements. His work focuses on helping organisations translate strategy into action – strengthening commercial capabilities, improving execution, and embedding change that lasts.

He is known for his hands-on approach and close client collaboration, often working side-by-side with leadership teams through complex transformations. Thomas has supported both established organisations and founder-led businesses across the Nordics and wider European markets, helping them navigate growth, change, and increasing commercial complexity.

Thomas is based in Copenhagen and works closely with clients across Northern Europe.
