Stuart Stern

Stuart is an experienced consulting and industry leader with over 30 years of experience driving transformation across sectors including insurance, energy, transportation and life sciences. His passion lies in delivering tangible performance improvements through innovation, technology, process optimisation and capability building.

Stuart began his consulting career at Accenture, where he spent nearly two decades helping large enterprises enhance operations and adopt emerging technologies. He later held senior leadership roles at AWS as a Transformation Strategist and at Slalom, where he led the Life Sciences practice in the Boston office.

In industry, Stuart served as Vice President of IT Strategy & Delivery at a Fortune 500 utility and pipeline business, where he led post-merger integration initiatives, drove customer experience enhancements, and supported a successful divestiture. He then joined Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (now Allianz Commercial) as Americas CIO, where he delivered over $45M in post-merger synergies, strengthened the impact of IT on business outcomes and improved employee engagement.
