Rory Farquharson

Rory joined Elixirr in 2015 and has since lived and worked in 4 of the firm’s central geographies: New York, San Francisco, Johannesburg and London. He has played a key role in Elixirr’s US growth story.

Rory has led teams across a wide range of projects, including: growth strategy, IT transformation, cost take-out and mergers & acquisition. He has also worked across industry, including: financial services, energy, infrastructure and not-for-profit. Rory’s strength is his ability to lead small teams to deliver targeted change at pace.

As a partner, Rory will continue to focus his energy on growing Elixirr’s client and talent base across regions, having recently relocated back to Europe from the US.

Prior to joining the firm, Rory worked for Deloitte in their Consulting Finance Strategy team, where he specialised in financial services and completed his CPA.
