Ria Piccone

Ria is a London-based Manager at Elixirr, with a proven track record of delivering complex transformation, digital, and strategy initiatives across the financial services sector. With deep experience in data and technology strategy, she has supported a range of global clients, including FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 organisations, in shaping and executing enterprise-wide programs that help them win in the market.

Ria specialises in helping clients unlock the value of their data with experience in designing and implementing modern enterprise data warehouse solutions that enhance decision-making, enable scalable analytics capabilities, and support regulatory compliance, commercial growth, and improved customer experiences. Her work bridges the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring solutions are both strategically sound and practically viable.

Prior to joining Elixirr, Ria held roles at KPMG and Lloyd’s of London. During her time at Lloyd’s, she supported launch of the Lloyd’s Lab – an innovation accelerator aimed at fostering InsurTech solutions within the market.

Ria is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and brings a structured, analytical approach to all her engagements, underpinned by a strong understanding of financial and operational drivers.
