Nathan Owen Rosenberg

During his thirty-eight years in the consulting industry, Nathan has worked with more than 92,000 executive leaders worldwide.

Nathan’s experience includes consulting a well-known consumer goods company in an engagement that produced more than $200 million in new revenue in the first year, and advising a leading, global sports clothing-and-lifestyle company to take a new approach to updating their ERP system, reducing upgrade time by half.

Prior to joining the partner team, Nathan co-founded Insigniam with fellow Partner Shideh Bina in 2005, which was acquired by Elixirr in 2023. Insigniam are pioneers of organisational transformation and breakthrough performance.

Before launching his consulting career, Nathan served as an officer and aviator in the United States Navy, executive support officer to the Secretary of Defense, and national defense advisor to the U.S. Senate Majority Leader.

Nathan has been on the Boy Scouts of America’s executive board of directors for fifteen years and is also a director of the World Scout Foundation. He is a trustee of the Committee for Economic Development and the Falcon Foundation. He has served on the board of directors of Solairus Aviation. He holds a B.S. in Management from the United States Air Force Academy.
