Mason Kissell

Mason has over 35 years of management consulting experience and prior to joining TRC Advisory, he spent 17 years at Marakon where he served as Global Managing Director. TRC Advisory was acquired by Elixirr in 2025.

He advises senior leaders on corporate turnarounds, growth and innovation, resource allocation and productivity, and M&A and divestitures. His approach draws on a deep understanding of how organization, strategy, operations and finance connect to enterprise value, enabling him to challenge established thinking and deliver impact.

Mason is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Denison University.
