Laura joined Elixirr with experience as both a business entrepreneur and a manager within the luxury hospitality industry, creating carefully curated experiences for the most demanding of clients. This has given her the ability to develop a profound understanding of true client needs, as well as a strength in creating and executing programs to deliver against them. This informed approach to both customer insight and operational efficiency has proved of real value to Elixirr clients in many sectors, from developing a go-to-market strategy for a major UK credit lender to formulating a strategic investment plan for the oil and gas portfolio of a private equity firm and advising a major reinsurer on developing their Generative AI strategy to improve customer and business outcomes.
