Lara Kottsieper
Lara has always been passionate about understanding consumers and their influences, using this to help organisations grow by getting closer to what truly matters to their customers.
She joined the team in May 2020 and has recently been involved in helping an American insurer think more strategically about their investment focus.
Prior to joining the team, Lara spent almost five years working for a customer-led management consultancy, gaining in-depth experience across propositions, customer experience and growth strategy while working for clients in a variety of sectors. During this time, she enjoyed sharing new perspectives about consumer behaviour, gained from completing a Masters in Marketing with a dissertation on Behavioural Science.
When she’s not working Lara is a keen traveller and skier, having grown up across three continents.
