Ian Ferguson

Ian is Co-Founder & Board Adviser of Elixirr. He has over 35 years’ experience of advising on corporate and commercial transactions across numerous sectors and geographies. In the course of his legal career Ian has acted for public companies, international businesses and ventures, and start-ups.

Ian has been a Partner in international law firms (including Allen & Overy and Olswang Asia) for almost 25 years, specialising in the technology and telecommunications sectors and sourcing transactions. Ian was Head of Allen & Overy’s Communications, Media & Technology Group and co-Head of its International Outsourcing practice. Ian worked across Asia Pacific for several years, based in Singapore, with Olswang Asia.
