Hugo Parsons

Hugo is a London-based consultant with extensive experience in strategy development, framework design, and implementation across risk, governance, and technology. He has worked with clients across public, financial services, energy, food & beverage, and non-profit sectors, helping organizations enhance resilience and operational effectiveness.

Hugo has supported a major global non-profit in shaping its data, digital, and information technology functions, focusing on long-term strategic development. This includes conducting cybersecurity assessments, advising on multi-year cybersecurity strategies, and evaluating cybersecurity service providers to support operational needs. In addition, he has worked with technology-focused organizations on broader digital and IT strategy initiatives. He has collaborated with senior leadership to coordinate strategic initiatives and ensure technology capabilities align with broader organizational goals.

Before joining Elixirr, Hugo was part of Marsh’s Strategic Risk Consulting practice, where he worked on climate risk and resilience projects for governments and major corporations. His experience spans ESG strategy development, IT operating model design, and digital transformation efforts for multinational organizations.

Hugo holds a background in Environmental Geoscience and an Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII).
