You will be based in London. Our headquarters are in Central London. It’s where it all began for us and continues to be a hub of innovation and growth.
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and adaptable Talent Analyst to join our in-house team. This pivotal role will be the first step for an ambitious Talent Acquisition professional and offer the support, growth and development to become a key part of our team. You will be the central co-ordination point of our hiring process, delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and interviewers while maintaining precision and attention to detail in all aspects of talent administration.
Responsibilities
- Interview Scheduling & Coordination:
- Book and coordinate interviews, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and calendars are aligned.
- Manage and update the interviewer panel
- Act as the point of contact between candidates and interviewers to ensure a smooth and professional interview process.
- Collecting and sharing 360-degree feedback for all stakeholders
- Candidate & Interviewer Engagement:
- Build and maintain rapport with candidates throughout their hiring journey, providing timely updates and guidance.
- Support interviewers with materials, reminders, and feedback coordination.
- Event Coordination:
- Lead the coordination and invitation process for OpenDoor, our monthly talent engagement event.
- Ensure all logistics for OpenDoor are handled efficiently, from sending invites to managing attendee lists and follow-ups.
- Administrative Excellence:
- Support reporting needs by tracking recruitment metrics and preparing reports for the Talent team.
- Continuously seek ways to improve coordination processes and tools.
- Maintain the highest standards on our applicant tracking system- Greenhouse. Providing readily available accurate data at all times.
Requirements
- Exceptional relationship management skills. Providing both written and verbal communication to candidates and business partners.
- High degree of attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and communications.
- Versatile and adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, working on all roles at all levels of seniority.
- Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others and making things happen behind the scenes.
- A natural problem solver who can think ahead and anticipate scheduling or coordination challenges.
- Enthusiastic about delivering a great candidate and interviewer experience.
