What will you be doing as a Project Manager at Elixirr Digital?
- Identifying, defining, and coordinating different processes and project management activities (project progress reports, project timelines, tracking deliverables)
- Managing the project phases from the initialization to the closure, tracking the project resources through requirements engineering, organizing project post-mortem
- Defining and controlling project scope
- Managing and allocating project resources in addition to helping them define project tasks and/or goals
- Estimating and controlling costs
- Managing and defining quality standards and monitoring results of quality-focused activities
- Generating, collecting, storing, and disposing of project information
- Identifying, as well as analyzing, responding to, and controlling project risks
- Managing impediments and dependencies outside of the project team to ensure delivery
- Previous working experience as an IT Project Manager or equivalent
- Experience in working with development teams using the Agile approach
- Expertise in the components/concepts of project management (project planning, prioritization, decision-making, risk management, documentation, budgeting)
- Knowledge of both traditional and Agile project management
- Understanding of software and product development lifecycle
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions considering risks, manage metrics and reports
- Familiar with the Lean Thinking principles
- Knowledge of project management tools (preferred: Jira, MS Office)
