Elixirr strengthens Nordic presence with acquisition of Kvadrant Consulting
Acquisition of Kvadrant Consulting expands Elixirr’s presence in a fast-growing market and strengthens platform in the Nordic region
Elixirr International plc (ELIX.L) (“Elixirr”), the established, global award-winning challenger consultancy, today announces the acquisition of Kvadrant Consulting, a fast-growing, Copenhagen headquartered consultancy specialising in commercial transformation, go-to-market excellence and transaction services.
Kvadrant has built a strong reputation as a trusted strategic partner to mature, multinational clients across healthcare, financial services, software, industrials and manufacturing, working with leading organisations including Velux, Nordea and Scandic, and combining commercial strategy, go-to-market design and execution-focused transformation. The acquisition of Kvadrant is highly complementary to Elixirr’s recent acquisition of TRC Advisory. Together, Kvadrant and TRC Advisory create a stronger combined platform for industrial and private equity clients, pairing deep commercial transformation and transaction services expertise with Elixirr’s global reach.
The partnership strengthens Elixirr’s presence in the Nordic region, a structurally attractive and high-growth consulting market, with a base in Denmark and access across Northern Europe. This acquisition represents the company’s eighth acquisition since its AIM IPO in 2020, and second transaction since joining the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in July 2025. It also supports Elixirr’s ambition to continue building scale, capability and geographic depth as the Group targets further progression towards the FTSE 250.
Commenting on the news, Stephen Newton, Founder and CEO of Elixirr, said:
As part of the acquisition, Kvadrant Founder and CEO, Thomas Børve-Jørgensen, will join Elixirr as a Partner. Thomas brings over 20 years of management consulting experience, with a particular focus on high-complexity sales and marketing and large-scale commercial transformation programmes. He will maintain his client-facing role and work to accelerate growth across the Nordics and continental Europe.
