To push the limits of innovation, a leading Formula 1 team needed a system built for complexity and speed. They teamed up with Elixirr to overhaul their project management for Digital Engineering Transformation (DET). We built a new Target Operating Model (TOM) and a dynamic project management playbook to boost efficiency and standardise workflows – ensuring smoother project delivery to keep them ahead in the high-speed motorsport arena.
Facing increasingly complex engineering projects, the Formula 1 team needed a robust, scalable system to manage their initiatives efficiently and maintain a competitive edge in innovation and speed.
We worked hand-in-hand with the team to create a TOM tailored for the DET environment. Alongside the TOM, we developed a detailed project management playbook filled with clear processes, methodologies and best practices – ensuring teams could collaborate seamlessly and deliver projects on time
