Our four-pillar growth strategy
Our four-pillar growth strategy has a proven track record, with the capacity to support our long-term ambitions. In FY 24 Elixirr continued to make great progress across all pillars.
Stretch Existing Partners
In FY 24, revenue per Partner increased by 6% from £3.9 million in FY 23 to £4.1 million in FY 24. This continues the growth in this metric in each year since listing in 2020, driven by a multi-faceted approach that includes strategic rate card increases, stronger client relationship management, a diversified and expanding service offering, and a robust incentivisation model.
Promote Partners from within
Developing talent internally allows us to preserve our culture and quality as we expand, a principle we have upheld since our founding. In FY 24 we made our first Partner promotion from an acquired business and in January 2025 announced the internal promotion of 3 more Partners.
Hire new Partners
Recruiting talent with established networks and complementary expertise strengthens our capabilities and drives expansion into new industries and geographies. In FY 24 we proudly welcomed 3 new Partners.
Acquire new businesses
Acquiring businesses in key markets that enhance our capabilities and industry expertise remains a crucial component of our growth strategy. In 2024, we made another fantastic acquisition of Hypothesis, a leading US-based insights and strategy firm, and our pipeline remains strong in 2025.
