Nick Billington

Nick has over 35 years of expertise in financial services and insurance, having spearheaded transformative initiatives for both global and UK-based clients in these sectors. Previously, Nick was the UK and Ireland General Manager at DXC. He has also held leadership positions at KPMG, Capita, and DXC.

At Zurich Insurance, Nick spent three years revolutionising live IT services for commercial and retail businesses worldwide. He adeptly managed strategic sourcing vendor relationships, driving significant value and transformation.

Nick’s career began with a 21-year tenure at Accenture, where he ascended to Partner, overseeing the UK outsourcing practice. He was instrumental in defining, shaping and executing strategic changes for clients through innovative IT and business process sourcing approaches. His tenure included a secondment as Group CIO for a global investment bank, where he successfully delivered large-scale change programs and navigated complex regulatory compliance issues.

Nick has a proven track record of developing new capabilities that support clients’ rapid transformation through cutting-edge digital platforms, including AI, machine learning and cloud deployment.

Based in London, Nick is passionate about music, regularly attending live events across various genres and eras. He is also an avid fan of cricket, rugby, and Formula 1.
