With more than 20 years of experience across banking and consulting, Rezwan joins Elixirr with a strong track record of helping financial services leaders translate strategy into executable, value-driven transformation.

Rezwan brings senior leadership experience from both advisory and industry roles. He previously served as Partner & Head of Hong Kong at Capco, Head of Consulting UK at Delta Capita, and COO for Emerging Markets Trading at Credit Suisse. Across these roles, he has worked at the intersection of strategy, operations and technology, delivering complex change programmes at scale.

With a global perspective shaped by leading transformation initiatives across the UK, US, Europe, Asia and the GCC, Rezwan partners with executive teams to navigate complex regulatory environments, evolving operating models and diverse organisational cultures.

He specialises in bringing innovative business models to market and executing large-scale transformation agendas, particularly where operating model design, technology change and organisational design must align to deliver measurable outcomes. His expertise spans business and operating model design, neo and digital banking, wealth management, technology transformation, cost optimisation and post-merger integrations. In addition to financial services, Rezwan has worked across healthcare and technology sectors.
