Tom Andrews
Tom Andrews is a Partner at Elixirr with over 25 years of experience driving growth, transformation and strategy in both listed and private equity-backed environments.
Tom joined Elixirr from his independent consultancy Antarro, where he was advising CEOs on strategy, growth and commercial optimisation.
Prior to this, he was Managing Director of Enterprise Solutions at Parcel2Go, where he was responsible for the B2B business and led significant growth across white label, small business shipping and fulfilment solutions.
Tom has also held senior strategy and transformation roles at Travel Counsellors and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). At Travel Counsellors, he helped shape the company’s evolution into a digital platform business and developed a value creation roadmap to support continued growth. At IHG, he led major strategic initiatives including the vision and concept for the Voco Hotels brand and the integration of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants following its acquisition.
Earlier in his career, Tom worked in brand growth and innovation in consumer goods. After completing an MBA at INSEAD, he spent four years at McKinsey & Company, advising global clients on growth strategy and operational transformation.
Tom’s expertise spans corporate strategy, digital transformation, platform business models and commercial growth. He is known for aligning organisations around a clear vision, developing practical value creation plans and building high-performing teams that deliver measurable results. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, Tom helps leadership teams accelerate growth and unlock long-term value.
