Pauline Eichaker

Since joining Elixirr, Pauline has been driving client delivery in the financial and insurance services sector through digital transformation, proposition design and operating model projects. She has supported the growth of clients, working with C-suite stakeholders. Her recent experience includes leading coordination across the central program team to deliver a new retail banking proposition, while shaping and supporting key proposition decisions. (Prior to Elixirr, Pauline graduated from INSEAD with a master’s in management and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Durham University.)
