Nico Ducceschi

Nico is a Consultant specialising in (re)insurance and financial services, helping clients to shape and deliver business-led technology transformation. He works with leading financial institutions to define enterprise-wide strategies, drive large-scale change, and unlock value from data, digital, and AI investments. Recently, he has supported a global carrier to 3x its delegated business towards a $3bn GWP ambition, alongside defining the governance and delivery approach for a $1bn+ transformation programme. He is particularly passionate about AI, having helped shape a global reinsurer’s generative AI strategy and having supported a digital-native broker to deliver cutting-edge, AI-driven customer engagement and deflection. Beyond financial services, Nico has worked across industries, including work with a Premier League football club to unlock more engaging and monetisable fan experiences.
