Katie Fyffe
Katie has experience working on large transformation projects within the financial services industry, specifically implementing target operating model designs driving business process automation and high-touch high-tech initiatives. Previously, Katie has worked on a Client onboarding initiative for a global fund administrator, focusing on customer relationship management, complex process enhancements and strategic vision. She has also worked with fund services clients to consider the ‘art of the possible’ when redesigning their technology strategy. Earlier this year, Katie delivered a 2-day immersion to a wealth management firm, geared towards leadership structures and disruptive technologies currently in the Financial Services Market. Most recently, she helped run an RFI process for one of the world’s largest Insurers to re-imagine and innovate their technology stack.
