Karina Van Den Oever

Karina focuses on strategy, innovation and change by helping companies that are being disrupted discover what’s possible, build an ecosystem of startups, develop new propositions, enhance their digital and innovation capability, and make change happen at pace. She has 20 years of combined consulting, industry and startup experience in luxury, retail, consumer goods and financial services.

Her specific areas of expertise include innovation strategy, design thinking & rapid prototyping, customer experience, route-to-market, merchandising & category management, sourcing, and operating model & organisation design. She is also a thought leader in the future of retail, digital innovation and diversity.

Before Elixirr, Karina worked at A.T. Kearney for 10 years in London and Amsterdam, and had her own fine jewellery startup. Prior to consulting, she worked in commercial and operational line roles at Saks Fifth Avenue, Calvin Klein and Ann Taylor in New York.
