Gavin specialises in financial services, with a particular focus on banking and associated FMIs. He works with both fintechs and established players across retail, corporate and investment banks on strategy, technology and large-scale transformation programmes across Europe, Africa, Asia and the USA.
Over the past few years, he has supported clients with digital banking, market entry, technology separation, vendor selection and banking proposition launches. His experience includes leading the development and deployment of a greenfield digital corporate banking proposition and assessing the revenue at risk from fintech competition across the full range of universal banking product areas for a complex multi-national bank.
Gavin brings deep expertise in banking transformation, treasury, data and operational change, combining strategic insight with a practical approach to delivering lasting results. He is passionate about helping financial institutions navigate complex challenges and unlock sustainable growth.
