As an Employer Branding Specialist, you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering employer branding activities, with a strong focus on employee engagement, events, partnerships, branded materials, and external employer brand visibility.

What will you be doing as an Employer Branding Specialist at Elixirr Digital?

• Plan and coordinate employer branding and employee engagement initiatives, including internal events, seasonal activities, and major company events across our international office locations. 
• Organize Elixirr Digital’s participation in external events such as university events, meetups, career fairs, company presentations, and other community initiatives.
• Build and manage relationships with universities, external partners, vendors, and event organizers, including researching opportunities, coordinating agreements, and supporting delivery.
• Coordinate Elixirr Digital Academy, Foundation activities, employer awards, and selected PR initiatives, including logistics, communication, supporting materials, and submissions.
• Manage employer branding and promotional materials, merchandise, branded items, and photo/video production, including suppliers, procurement, inventory, and logistics.
• Support internal employer branding communication and materials, including internal platforms, newsletters, presentations, and other employee-facing content.
• Monitor employer branding trends and feedback to identify opportunities and improve future initiatives, while supporting budget tracking and cross-functional projects.

Competencies and skillset we expect you to have to successfully perform your job:

• Practical knowledge of employer branding and its connection with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing.
• Experience coordinating events, projects, partnerships, or initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
• Good understanding of employee engagement, recruitment processes, and marketing from an employer branding perspective.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and changing contexts.
• Proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and resourceful approach to work.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AI tools and familiarity with ATS or HRIS platforms.
• Strong written and spoken English.
