Four Elixirr Partners recognised as Consulting Magazine’s 2026 Top Consultants

We’re thrilled to share that four Elixirr Partners have been recognised in Consulting Magazine’s 2026 Top Consultants awards. The awards recognise leaders who have delivered significant impact for clients and the consulting profession through transformation, leadership and execution. This recognition comes at a time of continued growth in the US consulting market.

Since 2000, Consulting Magazine’s Top Consultants awards have recognised the profession’s most influential practitioners, leaders whose work has had a significant impact on their clients, their firms and the wider industry. Formerly known as The Top 25, the recognition celebrates consultants who combine trusted advisor relationships with innovation, high levels of client service and the ability to deliver meaningful change.

Strategy & Transformation: Tim Romberger

Tim Romberger was recognised in the Strategy & Transformation category for his leadership delivering structural performance improvement across manufacturing, distribution and retail organisations. With more than 30 years of consulting experience, Tim has worked with leadership teams to improve performance through commercial transformation, operating model redesign and execution-led strategy. His recognition reflects a career focused on helping organisations rethink how value is created, linking strategy, customer value and cost structure to deliver repeatable and sustainable performance improvement.

Lifetime Achievement: Nathan Rosenberg

Nathan Rosenberg received the Lifetime Achievement Award, Consulting Magazine’s highest individual honour. Over more than four decades, Nathan has helped senior leadership teams translate ambition into measurable enterprise performance. He helped establish accountability and leadership frameworks that continue to underpin large-scale organisational transformation today. His work has consistently focused on execution, behavioural change and enterprise alignment, enabling organisations to move from strategic intent to sustained operational results at speed and scale. Nathan’s recognition reflects not only the longevity of his career, but the lasting impact his work has had on clients, leadership teams and the broader transformation profession.

Global & Cross-Border Consulting: Katerin Le Folcalvez

Katerin Le Folcalvez was recognised in Global & Cross-Border Consulting for her leadership delivering enterprise-wide transformation across international organisations. With more than 30 years of consulting experience, Katerin has worked with senior executives representing more than 40 nationalities and has led transformation programmes across multiple regions and markets. She also played a central role in expanding the firm’s international presence, opening the France office 25 years ago and building long-standing client relationships across Europe. Her work reflects Elixirr’s ability to deliver transformation consistently across geographies, cultures and operating environments while maintaining accountability for outcomes.

Strategy & Transformation: Jennifer Zimmer

Jennifer Zimmer was recognised in the Strategy & Transformation category for her work helping healthcare and biopharmaceutical organisations accelerate execution and improve operational and financial performance. Since 1998, Jennifer has worked alongside executive teams to align strategy, operating models and organisational behaviour to deliver measurable outcomes. Her work has included accelerating FDA submissions, improving productivity and generating multi-million-dollar returns across complex transformation programmes. Her recognition reflects a delivery-led approach to transformation where strategy is judged by implementation and measurable business impact.

This recognition reflects the depth of expertise across our growing team and our continued focus on helping organisations turn ambition into measurable performance. As Elixirr scales, we remain committed to attracting exceptional talent, strengthening our global capabilities and delivering lasting impact for clients across industries.
