Elixirr welcomes four new partners to the team

As part of our recent acquisition of global consulting firm Insigniam, we’re delighted to welcome four new partners on board: Insigniam’s Co-Founders Shideh Bina and Nathan Rosenberg, as well as Katerin Le Folcalvez and Jennifer Zimmer. Each has deep knowledge and expertise in the field of organisational breakthrough, innovation and transformation, as undisputed market leaders, with decades of experience helping world-leading organisations to truly think and act differently to drive value.

Shideh Bina

Co-Founder, Shideh, possesses over 35 years of experience in management and consulting, frequently working with CXOs of Fortune 500 businesses to generate and execute transformations in an array of industries, such as healthcare delivery, life-sciences, retail, insurance, and fast-moving consumer goods. 

Recognised for her leadership both within and beyond the industry, Shideh is a board member for Butler/Till, former chair of the Global Board of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, a trustee of the Committee for Economic Development and one of PharmaVOICE’s 100 Most Inspiring People in Life-Sciences for 2016 and 2021.

Nathan Rosenberg

During his thirty-eight years in the consulting industry, Insigniam Co-Founder Nathan has worked with more than 92,000 executive leaders worldwide. His experience includes consulting a well-known consumer goods company in an engagement that produced more than $200 million in new revenue in the first year, and advising a leading, global sports clothing-and-lifestyle company to take a new approach to updating their ERP system, reducing upgrade time by half. 

Katerin Le Folcalvez

Katerin has engaged with clients across the globe to turn their intentions in leadership development, corporate governance, strategy design, and executive alignment into a reality. 

At Insigniam, Katerin established herself as a highly recognisable leader across Europe, where she served senior executive clients in the fast-moving consumer goods, automotive, manufacturing, consulting, pharmaceutical, and service industries. Clients credit Katerin for her energy and spirit, which, combined with questions that push wider and deeper thinking, help deliver exceptional results.

Jennifer Zimmer

Jennifer has substantial experience working in healthcare systems, pharmaceuticals, and biotech. She joined Insigniam in 1998, where she helped leaders attain exceptional performance, empowering them to be accountable while delivering breakthrough results. 

Her work includes consulting for major corporations on large-scale business and cultural transformations and initiatives, such as ERP implementations, regulatory compliance issues, and revenue cycles. In these engagements, Jennifer has helped teams produce significant measurable results, including increased employee engagement, patient satisfaction scores, and cash flow, and decreased rework and order-to-cash cycle time.
