Nick leads our Private Equity practice, alongside our asset management and IT M&A capabilities. His experience spans complex transactions, business transformations and portfolio value creation, including leading large-scale separation and TSA programmes.

Throughout his career, Nick has worked closely with private equity sponsors and business leaders to turn investment strategies into measurable results. Most recently, he led the turnaround of a private equity-owned business, helping stabilise operations, retain a key customer and restore positive cash flow and EBITDA. He is also leading AI-focused transformation and value creation programmes, helping organisations strengthen their operating models and deliver sustainable performance.

Having joined Elixirr as an Analyst in 2016 and progressed to Partner in 2025, Nick’s recognition reflects both his contribution to clients and his leadership within the firm.
