Chris Bannocks joins Elixirr as a Partner

Elixirr is delighted to announce that Chris Bannocks has joined the firm, bringing more than 30 years of experience leading data, analytics and AI transformation across global organisations. Chris has a strong track record of helping leaders turn ambitious data strategies into practical, value driven outcomes.

Chris brings senior leadership experience from global organisations where he has led large-scale data and AI programmes. He previously served as Group Chief Data, Analytics and AI Officer at ING, Danone and QBE, where he built enterprise data capabilities, established AI governance frameworks and delivered transformation programmes that drove measurable commercial value.

Across these roles, Chris worked closely with executive teams to embed data and AI at the heart of organisational strategy, helping businesses develop scalable capabilities that support growth, performance and more effective decision-making.

Chris specialises in board-level data strategy, AI transformation and enterprise data governance. He works with executives and boards to design and implement responsible AI and modern data capabilities that enable organisations to unlock the full value of their data.

Alongside his executive career, Chris also serves as a Non-Executive Director, Chair and adviser, bringing an independent perspective to organisations navigating complex transformation agendas.
