Following a successful, yet turbulent 2020, we recently reflected on what it truly meant to be The Challenger Consultancy. Being bold. Resilient. Unafraid to go against the grain. 

We knew that our team encapsulated these traits now more than ever. But this needed to be reflected in our brand. As a result, we made our own challenging move. We refreshed our brand strategy and completely re-designed our visual identity, creating a bold new holistic brand to match our unfaltering vision and long-term goals. A brand that reflects who we truly are. The capabilities of our House of Brands. The passion of our team of entrepreneurs. 2021 was the year to re-invent Elixirr’s visual identity. So, we re-introduce to you… The Challenger Consultancy.

Our brand was crafted by designers from Den Creative, part of our House of Brands. But they are not just designers. They’re strategists. Engineers. Researchers. Artists. Sociologists. And inventors. They work together to create brands that encapsulate the essence of a firm. It’s culture, foundations and vision. Our new brand fuses our strategy with our values, where business, entrepreneurialism and creativity meet. It signifies the fluidity of our approaches to solving business challenges, our collaborative ways of working and our disruptive approach to innovation. It alludes to the range of our capabilities through the integration of different colours and tones. It represents digitalisation with its spectrum, movement and texture. We have a brand that is truly the face of our business, embodying our team, attitude, growth plans, work approach, culture and more. This brand is not just design, it is the heart of Elixirr. 

Our team made the impossible, possible, working at pace to take the new brand from concept through to launch in just a few months. Our brand is now reflective of our vision and strategy and will underpin the breadth of our work in what is set to be an exciting few years ahead.
