The Coffee Chat Challenge: Building connections

Collaboration at Elixirr doesn’t start in a meeting room –  it often begins over a coffee. That’s just how it started for Meg and Hugh, and it’s the idea behind The Coffee Chat Challenge. Every new joiner is encouraged to meet 30 colleagues in their first month, building relationships across the firm one coffee at a time. It’s a simple way to connect, share experiences and get to know the people who shape our culture and drive our success.
