In his own words, it was the hours after 9-5 where Daryn Hillhouse sat with the founders of the first company he worked for and honed the skills required of an entrepreneur. And it worked… leading him to start Mountainshak Adventures, of which is he is Managing Director and Remote Vans, of which he is COO.

As a former official in the British Army, travel has always been a key thread in his career, and his businesses and philanthropy, having set up the Put Foot Rally, have since taken him from South Africa to the UK and now the US.
