Tash Rostance

Tash first joined Elixirr as a consultant in London in 2013, before relocating to San Francisco in 2017, where she led one of Elixirr’s first US clients. After a brief time in New Zealand, Tash rejoined the firm in 2021 in the Group COO function, focusing on driving operational excellence and commercial growth.

She has played an integral role in Elixirr’s acquisition strategy and ongoing integrations, developing teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business as well as driving all our internal AI innovation. Tash has also been instrumental in securing new business for the Elixirr Group and successfully delivering client engagements across the globe.

As a Partner, Tash’s focus is on strengthening the firm’s operations, driving growth across all areas of the business and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
