Shideh Sedgh Bina

Shideh possesses over 35 years of experience in management and consulting, frequently working with CXOs of Fortune 500 businesses to generate and execute transformations in an array of industries, such as healthcare delivery, life-sciences, retail, insurance, and fast-moving consumer goods.

Prior to joining Elixirr, Shideh co-founded Insigniam in 2005 — pioneers of organisational breakthrough and enterprise transformation — alongside fellow Partner Nathan Owen Rosenberg. Insigniam was acquired by Elixirr in 2023.

Recognised for her leadership both within and beyond the industry, Shideh is a board member for Butler/Till; a fast-growing employee-owned media and marketing company. She is a trustee of the Committee for Economic Development. She is also the former chair of the Global Board of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) — an association dedicated to advancing women in leadership in healthcare. PharmaVOICE named Shideh one of the 100 Most Inspiring People in Life-Sciences in 2016 and 2021, and in 2014, the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association named her Woman of the Year.

Shideh holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
