Libby Michell

Libby joined the team in 2019 and has gained experience across the financial services and consumer goods industries, where she has helped clients align their strategic objectives to business needs, and design a roadmap for driving innovation within their organisation. She has recently worked with a wealth advisory firm to implement a new digital onboarding platform, helping the organisation to embed innovation capabilities and streamline their customer experience.

After graduating from Oxford University in 2018 with a BA in Biological Sciences, Libby worked for an edtech startup and as a research analyst for an investment management firm, where she focussed on the retail and hospitality sector. Libby spent 3 months surfing in Central America and exploring her other passion, great quality coffee. She also loves to cook and runs a supper club that raises money for Mental Health charities.
