James Lewis

James has over 10 years of both industry and management consulting experience, having previously worked at HSBC and EY, delivering across commercial strategy, customer propositions, change management, and digital enablement.

Through his roles in the commercial bank’s client coverage team, wholesale COO function and strategic change, as well as previous consulting experience with major international banks, James has built a deep understanding of the business opportunities and challenges facing organisations across a broad array of topics.

James has delivered across a range of initiatives, from global client acquisition strategy, to digitally-led enablement for the frontline (insights & reporting), multi-million dollar cost saving programmes, commercial & operational impact of major regulation and running operational improvement programmes that focus on reducing inefficiency and better meeting customer needs.
