Hettie Lane

Hettie joined Elixirr in 2021 and has a breadth of experience delivering projects in operating model design, transformation implementation and strategy across the UK, US and Middle East. She has led initiatives including the prototyping and testing of a new proposition for an FX and international payments provider, a license management strategy for a multinational services provider, and a transformation strategy implementation for a regional insurance agency. Her broader project portfolio spans marketing and vendor management operating models, ESG venture strategy, workflow automation and process optimisation.

Hettie spent two years in Elixirr’s Dallas office and is now based in London again. Prior to joining Elixirr, she spent three years in the aviation industry on a global management programme, working across multiple markets in organisational design, marketing and operations. Outside of work, Hettie is enjoying rediscovering London and being on the same time zone as AFC Bournemouth games #upthecherries.
