Graham Busby

Graham Busby is Co-Founder and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Elixirr. Since founding the firm in 2009, he has played a pivotal role in scaling the business and shaping its growth strategy.

Graham leads Elixirr’s inorganic growth agenda and has overseen eight acquisitions to date, materially expanding the firm’s capabilities, industry reach and global presence.

Appointed Deputy CEO in early 2025, Graham previously served as CFO. Before Elixirr, he held senior roles at Accenture across strategy and outsourcing sales, advising large global clients.
